It comes up with respect to emergency calls, because calling 911 on a cell
phone brings you to a different place from the one you reach from a land
line. So if you have an emergency out in the yard, it's usually better to go
indoors and call 911 from a land line rather than pulling out your cell
phone and using it to call 911. ...RM
