Subject:Word 2007 Auto Spell Check From:Chris Morton <salt -dot- morton -at- gmail -dot- com> To:techwr-l -at- lists -dot- techwr-l -dot- com Date:Tue, 8 Mar 2011 13:21:49 -0800
Someone in my office uses Word 2007. She reports that, although she has
"Check spelling as you type" engaged, Word misses many typos unless she does
a manual check ([F7]) once she has completed the document. All of the missed
words are in Word's dictionary, as they are corrected during the manual
process.
Why isn't Word 2007 performing the auto-check?
