Did they have to download the plug-in manually from the MS site? If so,
check their MS update settings; I'm pretty sure it was an automatic
download on my Office 2003 at home.
Also, please inform the few with Office 2007 or 2010 that they can
configure it to save all documents by default in Office 2003 format.
