If you copy text out it should paste as text, although it will most
likely lose its font and formatting. You can also try saving the PDF
out as a Word doc or RTF and then cut/copy/paste from that. I think
all the graphics will export as raster, though, and the only way to
get vector graphics out is to copy and paste into a vector app.
