TechWhirl (TECHWR-L) is a resource for technical writing and technical communications professionals of all experience levels and in all industries to share their experiences and acquire information.
For two decades, technical communicators have turned to TechWhirl to ask and answer questions about the always-changing world of technical communications, such as tools, skills, career paths, methodologies, and emerging industries. The TechWhirl Archives and magazine, created for, by and about technical writers, offer a wealth of knowledge to everyone with an interest in any aspect of technical communications.
I think 'Search this site' operates only on the pages of the Techwr-l site, not the archives of the mailing list. I can't even find the archive search any more (not that I ever had much luck with it).
Type your search terms in the fields at the top, then enter:
Search within a site or domain: techwr-l.com/archives
A shortcut is to enter site:techwr-l.com/archives along with your search terms in any Google search field. For example, this will return a couple of hundred hits on starting new jobs and projects:
starting new site:techwr-l.com/archives
