One wonders just how long ago Geoff wrote the article? He mentions
Sharon Burton blogging for MadCap. That blog shut down almost a year
ago (June 2010).
I'm curious to see what Geoff sees are the benefits of social media.
I've got some thoughts of my own on that issue. And a blog post
percolating in my brain....
