I was switched from XP Pro to Windoze 7 at work a couple months back. No
training, but shared misery enabled our group to learn from one another.
I'm still using XP Pro at home.
Of course, the shell is another path, but when you go to your IT guy for
help, it may interfere with his ability to guide you......
