Note that Creative Suite version numbers are *not* the same as InDesign version numbers since two releases of InDesign already existed before Creative Suite was ever envisioned. You mention CS3, which is not the same as InDesign 3.0; the CS3 version of InDesign (vintage 2007) was actually v5.0 in the InDesign version numbering. InDesign 4.0 (vintage 2005) was also known as InDesign CS2.
