I keep my docs in Dropbox as PDF, and read them on my iPad using iBooks. Really convenient.

In theory, if I were feeling really nerdy, I could use PlainText.app on the iPad to edit the original source XML doc in Dropbox, and have a script running somewhere that polls for changes and regenerates the PDF output. But, that's really overkill ... or is it ... ;-)
