Oh, wow. Didn't know that about Acrobat X Pro. As luck has it, Acrobat X
Pro was installed on my new computer last week (Yay! A new toy!), so

Wiki Publisher works well to convert Word documents into Sharepoint wiki
pages.

As for getting from PDF to Word, Acrobat X Pro can save PDF back to
several Office formats (intelligently).

As for FrameMaker to Word, look at Mif2Go.
