I'd avoid the repetition, and create a bulleted list in this format.
Fixed these problems:
* Pinkies were slipping; pinkies now provided with those cool rubber tip things
* Anachronistic mastodons appeared in table headers; table headers now feature elephants
* Alphabetical sorting by middle name column in reports reversed P and Q; now follows English alphabetical order correctly
* Spell checker corrected all instances of "Betsy" to "Betty"; all nicknames for "Elizabeth" now considered correct.
etc. Eliminate the second clause if it isn't needed, or set up a table with Problem and Solution columns.
