Hi Punit,
I don't understand the third sentence at all. Are you saying that the
writers within your TW department don't help each other out? Sorry to
hear that! It sounds like a pretty toxic environment for a writer, but I
don't think it's typical. Obviously, if the TWs don't have a healthy
working relationship with each other, it woulkd be much harder to
develop one with the rest of the company.
