You'll need Adobe Acrobat to do it this way, but I think it only works for
pages that do not require a login. I just tested it on Acrobat X Pro
(Acrobat 9 did it too).
1. Save the Excel file to HTML.
2. Open the HTML in a browser.
3. Copy the local URL.
4. In Acrobat X Pro, click *Create > Create PDF from Web Page*, paste the
URL
5. Click *Capture Multiple Levels*
6. For *Get only* enter the number of levels, I used 2. This pulls in the
page it lands on. If you want it to go deeper into the web site, increase
the number but it will follow *every* link on each page which will make
the file humongous.
7. Click Create.
It recurses through the URLs in the Excel generated HTML file.
Voila. You have a single PDF file with bookmarks.
Give that a try. I hope it works for you.
