I sort of doubt we'll hear the backstory. These medical claims have been
ongoing for years.The Miami Mound research facility closed I believe back in
the 90s. The government hasn't been exactly cooperative with addressing this
matter, so who knows? Not sure I'd want to know the backstory,
either--whether disgruntled contractor or employee or an arrogant or stupid
manager matters not. What does matter is that this was a government document
designed for dealing with employees and someone made a huge error in
judgement IMHO.
