You might also check out "Ask Liz Ryan" (www.asklizryan.com). She's a career consultant out of Denver area with some good ideas, techniques, and encouragement. People on the list also contribute ideas, as do our friends here on TECHWR-L. Not everything is job-related, but a lot of it is, and Liz does specifically answer selected questions. Lurk for a while and see what you think. I get some good ideas from that list.
