Seriously though, the idea of a contract (or permanent) editor/writer
to develop style guides and review materials (and perhaps implement
further improvements over time) is a good one. I'm sure there is a lot
more info being generated than reports to customers. You'll ideally
want someone with management/leadership experience in that role, as
I'm thinking there will be a lot of cat herding at the beginning and
managing conflict as workflows and systems are implemented to help
manage the writing and editing process.
