I'd say yes, but only if the employer is willing to spend the resources to
hire someone else to come in and pick up where that person's communications
abilities leave off.
Based on Andrew's followups, the people he's talking about aren't really
consultants, but are his firm's employees. As far as his clients are
concerned, Andrew and his firm collectively are the consultant.
