InfoMapping proprietary material (was: STC certification program)

Further to this, does anyone know a case of the Info Mapping folks
actually suing anyone over improper use of their proprietary material?
The possibility has been raised but I wonder whether it has actually
happened yet. Google has not (so far) turned up anything for me on
this.
