Print Dialog Presets
  Page Scaling: Default
  DuplexMode:  Simplex
  Paper Source by Page Size:  (not selected)
  Print Page Range:  (not populated)
  Number of Copies: Default

Page Scaling, I set to "Booklet" before printing
DuplexMode gets set by the Booklet-makin' feature, which sets Booklet subset to "Both sides" at print time.
The others get populated in the Print dialog when I'm ready to print.

Does your PDF look right?  If so, open Document Properties in the PDF and see what the print dialog presets are on the Advanced tab.
