Subject:Re: Results of the STC India 2011 Salary Survey From:Edwin Skau <eddy -dot- skau -at- gmail -dot- com> To:Steve Schwarzman <steve -at- writersbookmall -dot- com> Date:Wed, 7 Dec 2011 07:57:31 +0530
Paresh,
The salary report, as always, is well presented. The salary comparison is,
however, unnecessary, pointless, and may be misused. It seems to pit the
rates in one country against that of another, and is an invitation for
conflict. Please consider removing that section from the report.
Thanks,
Edwin
