It's not just Word. The Help for Outlook 2010 is equally helpless. I
can't vouch for the rest of the Office suite.

Oh, I'm glad I'm not the only one who feels this way!
Whenever I try to use
Word 2010 Help, it is as if I'm using Help from a completely different
application. A Google search always gets me some assistance.
I feel very bad about this--I was one of the writers on the Help and
tutorials for the first version of Word for Windows back in [gulp] 1989.
