I think given that option, most users would eventually settle on a
preference for something that works like the iPhone's Siri or the computer
on the Starship Enterprise.  Ask a question, the system either
"understands" the context or asks for whatever additional information is
needed to define context, then provides the needed information and offers
optional information.
