Feedback on Quark

Good morning Techwr-ls,

Our company is looking to install a publishing system from Quark (XML Author) and I was wondering if anyone out there has dealt with Quark implementations before? Specifically we were wondering how satisfied were you with the implementation, what problems were encountered, how was the after implementation support, were there cost overruns and if so, why and so on.

Any feedback would be most appreciated.
