Monique Semp needs a word that means, "don't bury it in the display and make
it hard to find":
"In a Best Practices doc, I want to emphasize that a certain component of
the Web page display should not be too far below the fold, not be in a
tabbed part of the display, not be in in the general navigation area, etc...

I'm coming late to this. I like "make this prominent", but my suggestion is
" make this obvious," or "this component should be obvious and easy to
find".
