Using Camtasia, I recorded a software demo, then edited it. The last step
involved adding synchronized narration. The project turned out great
considering the low-end tools I had available.
TIP: Recording vocal tracks in your car (using a decent mic) makes for a
good, impromptu recording booth. This greatly decreases bouncing soundwaves
that can otherwise detract from your recording. I used a conventional Shure
mic with a Shure USB adapter plugged into my laptop for this.
