On the flip side, let them hire someone at $10/hr. The unskilled will
do a poor job, and the skilled will wake up and wonder why they're
accepting such poor pay. Either way, there's a growing problem that
will eventually come to a head. When it does, the top-rate contractors
and consultants will have a field day.
