Call me skeptical, but after all of this good advice I find it interesting
that the good doctor hasn't bothered to check back in. From the beginning
I've questioned the validity of all of this.
Search the archives for her email address or name. She has made a few posts over the years; a few are in response to questions similar to what she posted and a few involve more questions. It seems that having her students search her name in the archives would help them answer many of the questions she had in her list. I agree, though, follow-up would be polite.
