I knew this was government, it also had a vibe of federal government. It reminds me of when I worked on CMS forms. Healthcare providers would send data to a company that would clean-up and process the data. The data was processed in database forms and submitted to CMS. I automated many manual, mostly duplicated, processes while preparing as-is documentation and providing re-engineering suggestions.
