Sorry, I forgot to touch on one point. You say you use Word 2007 everyday, but still hunt around looking for things in the menus for 10 minutes? If that is true, then you definitely need more time working with the new ribbons, and I would highly suggest getting the Word 2007 installed on your home computer so that you can develop the same menu instincts in the new version as what you had in 2003.
