Subject: New ergonomics trick
I discovered this one by accident, but it's working well for me. I've had a combination sitting/standing setup for a while, with two monitors at the appropriate heights and keyboard/mouse access at both positions.
Problem is, when I get busy (which is always), I don't always remember to switch from sitting to standing and back again.
As of this morning, the sitting monitor only has a keyboard for input, and the standing monitor only has a mouse. Even a well-known keyboard maniac like me uses the mouse pretty frequently, which forces me to switch positions.
