These are interesting, but not really what I'm after.

I'm not explaining this well... An example may help:

Imagine you have this sentence:

"After you <link>defragment the disk</link>, ...."


It's not clear what you will get when you click:
- instructions on how?
- definition of?
- example?

... And I think such ambiguity makes readers less likely to click away from the current page.

I'm wondering if anyone has any resources on consistent wording for links leading to these different categories of info: reference, example, concepts, procedure.
