We had a similar problem when we tried to sell to companies in Germany. The Germans really didn't like being told their data was corrupted and messy. The sales people had to modify the approach so we were telling them how we could help them make their stuff even better and more efficient.

I've tried to sell into this market. It's just as difficult as selling, "Your website sucks and I can fix it."
Why? "The system works. Don't need you messing with it."
Maybe I don't know the right words to suggest terror.
