I don't think it exists in FrameMaker either, unless you install the
FrameScript plug-in and set up a script. But I am the reverse of you,
haven't been in FM since 2007.
The Styles pane will allow you to choose an existing style, right-click and
select all instances of it and change them en masse to another style, but
only one at a time.
