Re: Word spell-check question
We're editing some legal contract that contain strange things,
"Strange things"? I don't see why it is strange to itemize points in a sentence or to refer to points by their number or letter.
like (1) and (i) mid-sentence.
Is there anyway to get the spell check to stop flagging these numbers in parentheses?
Select "Ignore words with numbers" in the Spelling & Grammar settings for the (1). For (i), you need to right click and select "Ignore All" for each document where the item is flagged.
