Thanks for the help! I'm embarrassed to say the answer was right under my
nose. I have a copy of Adobe Acrobat Pro 9. Using the print dialogue was
giving me fits, but the "Create from Web page" dialogue was the answer.
I've used the "create from scanner" countless times, but I've never paid
attention to the other create options.
BTW, I'm using IE9 under Windows 7 Pro 32-bit printing to an HP Color
LaserJet CP2025dn. I tried Chrome and had the same difficulties.
Thanks again!
