Converting lxml.etree tutorial into PDF format

I am currently studying how to use lxml(an XML api)to create, read or modify xml. And here is its official documentation:
http://lxml.de/tutorial.html

How can I programmatically convert this into PDF format? Page by page is not an option for me. 


Any ideas on this?
