For Mac users, several flavours of DVORAK are built in. Go to
System Preferences > Language & Text > Input Sources
and scroll down to Dvorak. I recommend Dvorak with Qwerty command keys.
You can switch between Dvorak and your ordinary keyboard layout using the input source shortcut key.
In the menu bar, you can open the keyboard viewer to see the layout and live feedback while you practice.
