Hello, WR-L-ers,
When I receive commented PDFs from reviewers, I like to keep track of which comments Iâve completed, rejected, etc. And Acrobat provides a very nice Set Status > Review > <desired-state> sequence to do this.
But... although it doesnât sound like much of a deal, if there are many dozens of comments, the time really adds up to to right-click a comment, choose Set Status, choose Review, and choose the desired state. Yes, you can select multiple comments and apply the same status to them at one time. But usually I want to handle the comments one at a time.
So... does anyone know of a keyboard shortcut to do this, or a way to create a macro to do this, or...?
