No, that's not stress, because it's an external phenomenon. Stress is how you handle external phenomena internally. When I describe an event as "stressful," I'm actually describing myself and not the event.

Is it somehow not stress when the SME for your doc update tells you, "Sorry, I not allowed to talk to you any more. I'm on another project now.
You'll have to get your info from Joe Newguy," and Joe knows nothing about the project except what he's been reading in the existing version that you're trying to rewrite?
