If you provide your team with clear objectives, the resources and support they need to get their jobs done and the recognition they earn by accomplishing their objectives and that doesn't make them happy, then it's probably time to reconsider the lineup of your team, whether it has the right members and whether some of them should be encouraged to seek what they need to make them happy somewhere else.
