Change the page size in FM to 8.5 x 5.5. PDF the document. I believe there's a way when printing PDFs to print pages two-up on a sheet.

pages and have a good mockup of the final document.

Is there any easier way to do this than knocking myself out manually
rotating page text columns?

All suggestions gratefully received.
