Yes, there are--they're just called hearing dogs and they're awesome.

Although seeing-eye dog was once a popular term, dogs for the visually
impaired are now usually called guide dogs or, generically, service dogs
(the overall class of which hearing dogs and guide dogs are instances).

And if so, do we refer to them as "hearing-ear" dogs?
