Second on no music. It seems cheesy and inappropriate to me.
"Intro" stuff (especially music) comes across as badly as the insincere "Thank you" from a self-checkout machine at the grocer's or the advertising loop that you hear four or fifteen times on hold as you wait for your ISP's Customer-No-Service.
