I think we all have our heads in the wrong place by focusing on thespecific examples of the "Pain Letter" article, rather than the global
concept of how technical communicators are problem solvers.
Yes! Thank you, Tony, for taking the time to give us your 800 words for free :-). Seriously, though, I really appreciate your thoughtful comments and practical take-aways. You turned a head-scratcher of an article into an excellent analysis and reasonably do-able action plan.
