Um... you mean... digital images captured from digital photo sensors in optical (and other?) microscopes.
Not... really, really, really tiny pictures... ?
In other words, digital pictures captured by scientists, as part of their work, and not images inscribed on the point of a pin (or some other really small surface) as an obscure form of art. :-)
