That's not always true. Some of the most complex things I've written
about didn't take up a lot of pages, they were just hard to explain
and sometimes the facts were hard to pin down.
One extreme example, I once documented a very complex upgrade with
numerous variations. Getting all the details right took maybe half my
time over ten weeks, mostly devoted to testing, but the end result was
only ten pages.
