How to mention usernames and passwords

["Cardimon, Craig" <ccardimon -at- M-S-G -dot- com>]

How do you folks mention usernames and passwords?

I usually see usernames and passwords written with quotes and then something follows, saying, "(without the quotes)."

Is there an easier way? Bolding, perhaps?
