Test it for confusion factor. My bet is that it won't pass the Smell Test. Random people (NOT the marketing crew) will say, "Huh? What are you trying to tell us?"

Additionally, this issue should not even arise in a properly constituted marketing department. Are they naively trying to sell Bells and Whistles instead of Benefit For The User?
