I mentioned here some years ago that the few chapter meetings I attended
seemed to have one major ad-hoc agenda item, the discussion: "Why doesn't
anyone come to our meetings?"
One meeting like that is enough to convince a cynic like me to stay away
from several more. Clean record now for about ten years.
