As a manager, I always thought that my reports got more out of STC
membership than I did, and was usually able to get the company to cover
it. In two of my past companies, I was even able to get budget to send
some of them to the annual conference.
Currently, I have a "retired" membership. I probably wouldn't maintain
the full membership now.
